Warranty and Exchange Policy
Warranty
All Gvibe products have 3-year warranty and we will gladly give you an
exchange item in case something goes wrong with your toy. Please note
that we can NOT do refunds and we can only give you a replacement
item!
Here are the steps you should follow:
- Please keep your receipt or online purchase proof so that you can use
your 3-year warranty.
- Charge your toy for at least 8 hours before first usage.
- If you see that the toy is not working as usual, please visit the shop
or call the info line and consult with the shop assistant. Maybe
the problem is with the charger.
- If the toy is not working at all, please visit the shop (where you bought
your item from) and ask for a replacement toy. If you bought it online,
please check with customer service how they can assist you. Take
the new item together with the new purchase receipt with 0 value
and the date of the exchange.
- Keep the new receipt, just in case!

In case you lost your charger or it doesn't work anymore, please feel free to order the new one here or here for Gvibe 1.
Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
All our products of adequate quality are not returnable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@gvibe.com and ship your item to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
